Csing with Jhin

Hello everybody! I have been playing a lot of adc right now in ranked and I am currently in silver 4 after the placements. I just started to pick up jhin and find that it is very hard to cs with him. I would be tied or up by 10-20 minions with the enemy adc. But then after the laning phase is over, my csing gets worse and worse and the enemy adc who does't have bullets start to gain more and more cs slowly.
