Someone couldn't connect to the Game, couldn't remake?

Our Darius was afk since Minute one, he never left the Game or connected, just stood there. But we couldn't remake, i tried but it said it's only available when someone couldn't connect, what the hell?

Even the Enemies where confused about that as i told them to just push mid and finish. What the hell happend?
