A tweak to Sion

I just another dirty Sion Main. I thought of few changes to for Sion that is more along the lines of yeah seems cool but in my own eyes, than that having an in-depth and balanced reason. so I do apologize in advance if this sound really busted or pretty S**t.

Passive: Glory in Death Remove: attack speed set at 1.75

Added: gains 100% bonus speed attack.

Change: dealing 5% - 10% based on level (+ 1% per 100 AD )of the target's maximum health as 'Attack damage bonus physical damage, capped at 75 against minions and monsters.

E: Roar of the Slayer decrease base dmg by 20 at all ranks outside of rank 1, increase mana cost by all ranks by 5

Added: deals up to 8/13.5/19/24.5/30% more dmg as bonus magic dmg the lower a target's hp is All bonus dmg dealt by collision from a knocked back unit is reduced by 40%

This one is a bit of a maybe W and E Added: If Soul furnace is up for its second cast you can detonate it with Roar of the Slayer for 50% more mana for a 725 unit area of effect W and E combo. base dmg and AP ratio determined by the combined rank average of W and E rounded down

  1. Sion’s Passive is meant to be bad because it requires him to die to use it. Making it better only encourages you to die more which isn’t exactly an effective or healthy strategy.

  2. On the E change, I don’t think we need to give Sion a pseudo execute. He’s a tank, he doesn’t need more damage on low health targets.

  3. Sion’s basic combo is E, Charge Q and W, land Q, explode W. This change you have taken Q out of the equation, but made him waste more mana. I don’t really see the point.

Good attempts though.
