Shouldn't Twisted Fate's ult give him an assist if someone on your team kills an enemy?
It gives vision of the enemy. It's like how they changed {{summoner:2}} to give an assist.

Eh. It's a nice idea, but that means that TF would have a stupidly easy time getting fed off of assists. That's like having wards give assists, or Nocturne's ult darkness, which I daresay is more useful during a teamfight, give assists.
Sure it makes sense on paper. And it sounds pretty damn good overall. But being able to press R nowhere near a teamfight and automatically make a maximum of 750 gold from 5 assist without directly doing anything is a bit skewed in their favor.
