Are scripters getting cared of?

Because it certainly doesnt seem like they are.. Im tired of losing games because someone on the enemy team is cheating... I've lost my promotion games two times becasue of that, if not for them I would've been Diamond already.. Dropped to palt III because I lose one game versus a scripter and the curse begins..I dont really care if those people are banned or whatever, I want all my work back. At least let those games be loss prevented.
