Tank Fizz the real problem??

Anybody else frustrated Ri-to wont listen to the PLAYERS, and just does whatever they think is a good idea? Tank fizz is one of the most toxic things Ive seen in league since i started playing, and i havent been playing long but still. SUPER mobile, SUPER high (over time damage no less) damage output, with a increase damage-Ult that cant be QSSed anymore AND now he can build pure tank? come on riot, really? how is hurting his autos and a slight CD change gonna nerf TANK FIZZ, which is the real problem, not AP FIZZ which people love to play. thoughts everyone?

Tank Fizz relies on autos and mobility. They nerfed/are nerfing? (unsure of the timeframe on this) his autos and a mobility spell. Makes sense to me.

How exactly does tank Zed work? Not that I doubt you or anything. There are a lot of strong stuff in this game that people neglect, or don't even know about in the first place. Like building pure AD on Renekton.

Well the reason why tank Fizz still does a lot of damage is because of his base damage. If he doesn't build AP then all the damage comes from his base so I made a discussion and a poll saying that his base damage should be nerfed but his AP ratio slightly increased to compensate. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/Rj6E0khe-tank-fizz-broken
