Fix Pantheon
fix pantheons burst, he shouldn't be able to one shot anybody every 13 seconds from level 5 to 18. thanks for coming to my ted talk

Pantheon is really easy to build into man... 1 armor item, 1 offensive HP item. There you go, Pantheon cant burst you down, and him W'ing in is just suicide now.
He is a mechanically daft champion that is incredibly easy to outplay, because he has no outplay potential himself. Either his lane opponent feeds him(which isn't hard to avoid, unless youre getting jungle camped.). Or he is absolutely worthless. Dorans shield, Second wind, Cloth armor, Ruby crystal item.
He's a braindead champion, to put it bluntly, and needs a rework to keep him viable and healthy tbh.
he needs to be reworked , depending on the teams he is either too strong or too weak and doesn't scale when his team is behind and enemy team shuts him down , but personally , I hate him , I don't mind having his damage nerfed but tankiness buffed to make him a real fighter
