New Fiora's Riposte

So today I was playing a game against Fiora mid, and I had tried her out previously on the PBE and also live once when she was released. She seemed just fine and everything, so I wasn't too worried about it. The game went along as usual, but I started noticing something-- Her new Riposte.

Throughout the Game, Fiora Riposted and completely nullified+turned back the damage on:

My Ult (Sona's Ult) Cait's Ult Fizz's Ult Hecarim's Ult BARD'S ULT

And several other abilities, Such as Cait's net, Frost Queen's Claim, and even Randuin's Omen.

I was fine with her ult blocking all damage, but her ult, in addition to blocking all damage and turning it back, Blocks every last bit of CC and every single enemy-affecting ability and item in the game. I found it ridiculous when Bard would ult from off screen and Fiora would sit there and Riposte the ult off of her while everyone around her got stasis'd.

I feel like Riot intended for this, but... this is simply crazy. I can't believe that there haven't been complaints of level compared to Yasuo's Wind Wall, because this is actually stronger, and on a much lower cooldown.

Does anyone know if this WAS intended for her to block literally everything in the game aside from turret shots? Or if it's some crazy bug that Riot hasn't somehow seen yet?
