Lobby Disbands

So while I am sure that we can all agree on the absolute insane amount of bs and trolling that happens in the pre game lobby that anyone with half a brain dodges and takes the 5 lp loss and 5 min timer is absolutely ridiculous, why can Riot not come up with a way to sort this out? Well I have a solution, rather than give good players a penalty for dodging a certain loss cause of people going akali support, or ad annie mid in ranked how about you apply a lobby disband option 3+ votes and the lobby disbands and we do not lose lp and do not have to deal as much of the ass hattery as we do at present. I dont even need credit for this idea just do it.....please....for the love of god do it.
