Cho'Gath's feast with Epic Monsters and player controlled entities

In Cho'gath's Feast ability it is labeled that he is granted a total of 6 stacks by minions but epic monsters and champions grant infinite stacks. However, with the capture of the Rift Herald and its release when eaten by Cho'gath it is logged as a minion stack and not an Epic Monster stack. With Mordekaiser's passive if the dragon is taken control of it does not grant a minion stack but still remains an Epic Monster and grants an infinite stack when consumed by Cho'Gath. Additionally, champion ghosts controlled by Mordekaiser also grant infinite stacks as they are still coded as champions. I believe the Rift Herald should still be coded as an Epic Monster post-summon and grant an infinite stack like the captured dragon and champion ghosts do.
