I played two games. Yasuo and Riven. I went 15/1/4 (Yasuo) with 175 farm and 23/0/3 with 251 farm (Riven) and I only got an s- for yas and an s for riven. Im sure not every riven player goes flawless. So can anyone explain how I didnt get an s for yas and a s+ for riven?

One, kda and cs are not the only factors, and it's usually other factors being lackluster that result in "Why not S?!?" type threads. Be sure to be warding and taking objectives and so on. (Also, many statistics are per minute, so 175 farm is great in a 20 minute game, but poor in a 40 minute game for example.)
Second, you're only compared to all other performances on the same champion in the same role, so the standards for riven performances are going to be unrelated to yas performances, and the role you're playing is going to make a difference as well. A riven mid might be murdering their mid lane opponent and constantly roaming for kills, while a riven top might be more split push flavoured with occasional tp plays for example.
