i was doing some research and couldn't find any information regarding the **Unique Passive: Spoils of war **on relic shield being in conjunction with windspeakers blessing. I have officially tested it out and it WORKS! When you execute a minion it heals your ally and grants them bonus armor and magic resist! see you on the rift fellow summoners and as always, GLHF!
