well you took spell vamp out of the game and she still has 10% bonus spell vamp as her passive since you can only build so much into your runes and masteries why not fix her before ww.

Spell Vamp wasn't removed from the game entirely. Greater Spell Vamp, which was given by items, was removed. Passive spell vamp, such as those from passives or runes/masteries still remains.

She won't get a rework because she's not useless and she's not polarising to play against. Everything in her kit has counterplay and distinct strengths.
