Desprately need help.

I have gone on a near constant loosing streak for the last two weeks; 10 out of 14 games have been crushing defeats. I am in Bronze 2 (now bronze 3) and had a 50-52% win rate prior to the past week. I've watched teir lists and it is not my personal lane loosing in most instances; but instead it is Top or mid feeding beyond belief (scores like 0-8 are common) and the game is over before the 11 minute mark as they push down our inhibitor. How do I stop this from happening without having to endure the ridiculous 7 min que times to play mid/top myself.

What on earth is happening here? I had thought and experienced low elos inability to close games, is there just allot of smurfs playing in OCE right now or what? Don't give me the "Play OP champion" BS, I understand that I'm not god-like and belong in higher bronze/low silver, but I would like to be able to return to the rating I was at prior to this, I'd like to be able to go back to my above 50% win rate so i can climb out of bronze.
