Hecarim not so much. Garen is pretty tricky, riven is a true skill match up, Shyv is alot of trading but neither of you will really die, and renekton can be dealt with.

Yeah, Riven vs Irelia is a skill match up, which is why I put it there. OP worded his post in a way that implies she has no matchups that aren't stomps in her favor.

What's with all the counterpicking remarks? You guys realize counterpicking is not available in every game mode, and might not be an option if you are early in the draft order.

Edit: On another note for the OP... who are you playing as? Nobody here can make any reasonable suggestions knowing only half the equation of the problem.

Riven vs Irelia? I've done that. I don't know why, but we both sat and farmed each others' minions till level 5. Sure, we traded combos now and then, but it was the weirdest game I've ever played as Riven. I'm guessing we were both new to our champions.

I'm sorry, I don't like her either, but if she's a possible top laner (always) you really should research how to beat or at least how to survive her in lane against for favorable or unfavorable match-ups. Also the second half of your statement is just outright false.
