Did Dark Harvest get nerfed yet?
In game still says that it's 8 when it's supposed to be 5 and from 50 to 40.

they cant change this with hotfix.
tool tips can only be changed during a patch . In game numbers were changed like first day of preseason launch . Surrender@20 is very usefull to stay in the loop.

The tooltips are wrong but it was indeed neefed by nearly 50% of its growth.
