Why is Aatrox feeding on the PBE?

Is there anyone else experiencing Aatrox players feeding on the PBE? Is the Aatrox rework really that bad? I don't play him much so I can't tell.

It's called new abilities and no one is playing him right, that's how things go on the PBE. Just give it a few days.

I've tried him on the pbe. His abilities are hard to get used to, especially the Q+E that you NEED to be able to do consistently if you want to get through laning phase in one piece. His abilities are clunky af(except his ult :P). He is also very punishing due to his long cooldowns and more focus on abilities combos. On the contrary, his abilities themselves deal tons of damage if combo'ed correctly.

If I had to guess based on how his new kit works I'd say it's strictly weaker than live Aatrox but PBE is a bad measure of balance.
