teemo should be nerfed

teemo is really annoying, spam autoattacks with Q and you're just dead his e should be changed and well, his passive should be edited, add some range

teemo is perhaps the easiest champion to counter in the game currently unless you main a bruiser or tank with no gap closer i mean really control wards nullify and detect his traps sweeping lenses show you where he and his shrooms are stacking mr basically gets rid of between 50 and 75% of his damage output .... why would you nerf him further? teemo is a niche champion that is only usefull in a counterpick situation currently i agree he needs a rework but a nerf i dont think thats the answer
