Just a few questions and concerns.

So, I have not been playing long, since early S7, but in that short amount of time, this game has gotten a lot worse. I just want to voice my concerns that could be easily fixed if Riot looked past professional play.

1. Can we talk about Miss Fortune? I mean, one q shouldn't do half your health with an item that cost 1100 in lane. I mean a serrated dirk is less than a BFS, but on MF the damage difference implies the cost difference should be larger. Now, I do not play bot lane much at all, especially now, but somehow lethality MF is doing a LOT more than other lethality champs in the early game. Sure Lethality assassins can do ridiculous damage, but usually, USUALLY, you need to have a couple of lethality items before doing insane damage. MF seems to only need a serrated dirk for her q's to do a quarter to a half of a healthbar. I honestly don't know why MF is like this, but it doesnt seem that hard to change.

2. This is kind of a personal thing, but I feel like Vlad gets to a point where he has 4k health and heals 500-1500 hp per q on a 3-second cd while still being able to deal 1.5k damage with one w is kinda still broken if played right. Maybe it's just my luck with Vlad players XD.

3. Orange Essence to Blue Essence. Why. I do understand trying to make getting more expensive champs easier, and it does do that. You could get high-cost champions for half the cost and for the most part, it was really good. Sure getting BE was almost impossible unless through missions or leveling up, but the end result was worth it. Even with every once in a while, you get poppy or amumu, it would be ok. This said, I recently started a second account. The first few levels out of the tutorial, I was getting 3150 and 4800 cost champions. Well, I am now level 13 on the account. The first, let's say, 4 levels, didn't really give capsules. So, 1 glorious capsule and 8 regular capsules. Through the total of 9 capsules, I got a Galio and Malzahar shard, Amumu, WW, Poppy, Singed, and Soraka Shard, and 450 BE about 5 times. Now, I understand that that might seem like a lot, but honestly? getting 450 BE out of a capsule 4 times in a row is kind of a letdown. Getting anyone more than 1250 is kind of going to take 7 levels just to get 3150, its just not what you could get with OE. Its probably just my luck, but still, even the glorious capsule gave me a total of about 600 BE.

4. Bot lane is just really fucked up right now.

5. I just want Riot to stop bending their game to fit professional play and make it more fun for the common players. I mean at least they could make it so where it is practically a whole separate game, it would still be worth it.
