You are Silver IV, mate. I doubt that there's something that Riot can actually do. If you are Low Elo, then you will be matched with Low Elo Players.

P.S: My division isn't much better, though I never said it was.

I know,but i have friends in plat,gold and even in diamond..they are higher elo and they still have troubles like this..afkers,trollers..i mean how ppl like that can even be in those ranks..
