since you can place your ult in a lane, and leave it to split push with the new rune considering it as combat. you can use this to set it up, and keep it up long enough for you to roam, and use it on some poor champ without the waiting time of 4 seconds. have fun [slayer-jinx-wink]

Its All Skillzz1 votesI actually just read what it does, 20% of all damage into true damage. i thought it was AA only. so this means i can use it on ap ezreal an then do 20% of my burst as true damage lol.
Tried it, it was meh i pref electrocute.
