honnors...

Hello everyone, i was wondering why am i still honnor level 3 ? ? i get like everygame 3 or 2 honnors for sure (the last 5 games) and i get key fragments and a lot of other stuff. why i ain't going level4? what is wrong i mean i have a friend level 35 who plays horribly and he is level 5 wtf ... !! is there anything i must know about honnors ? ? ?
