Dc's in Ranked

I am honestly sick of losing LP and being demoted due to people just leaving a game, or just straight up not joining. Its extremely aggravating to lose due to one of these people. I wish riot would make a feature similar to what Dota 2 has where you can control allies who have disconnected so that way its not a complete 4v5. Or that you would lose a reduced amount of LP based on the amount of time someone spent dc'd
