Hot fix Jhin plz

Someone needs to fix this fizz 2.0 because i cant stand another game with this broken piece of loved work (dead inside). one item and he shit stomps the lane and the game. this is worse than leblancs release. If not hot fix that electrifying psychopath at least give him SEVERE nerfs next patch ;-;.

Edit: After calming myself down I am very sorry about this rage educed post. All i have to say now is that I will be banning him from now on. Guess we can get everything we ask for.
