[Suggestion] New Champ Select Feedback

I think that when it isn't your turn to select your champion, it'd be a good idea to be able to see the champions that you own so that you can tell a player if you are able to trade them a champion or not. If it's a lane I don't play often, sometimes I won't know if I own the champion a player wants, so I can't tell them for sure if I'll be able to trade them when it is my turn. It'd be nice to have that option in champion select.
