A Change to Nocturne's W and E That Will Make him Stronger

I have played Nocturne for a long time and no my way around him. i have recently been thinking about ways to make Nocturne stronger early game and have better early ganks. The basic effects of his W and E would remain the same. W Change: If Nocturne blocks a spell with his spell shield, a mark will be added to the enemy champion who's spell was blocked. This mark is consumed by Nocturne's E E Change: If Nocturne activates E after blocking a spell with his W, the mark will be consumed and the enemy champion will be stunned without any channel.

Basically his E would become an instant stun on whoever has a mark from his W. This would let him get better ganks and peel for his team if he ever needs to.
