A question about champion crafting.

So i after alot of time spent in league i now have every champion in the game and enough ip to buy the new ones whenever they come out. But i got a champion shard in my hextech box. This champion shard is completely useless to me as i have every champ wich means that i don't need the shard i can't upgrade it and i don't need the essence. This kinda bummed me out because i spent alot of time to get a key and i got something completely useless from it. Is there anything i can do with the champion shard like convert it into skin shard essence or am i just screwed?
