Kha'zix evlove 4 times.
I was in a ranked match and killed rengar. I got a 4th evolve. I did not know this was possilbe in a ranked match.
It was awesome!
It was fun!
It helped us win the game imo.

Would be cool if completing one of these in-game missions (same as battle for the Freljord) unlocked a Summoner Icon or something.
Only occurs if you kill Rengar.
By the same token, if Rengar kills Kha, his trinket hits 20 stacks automatically.
Ya, I've never got it before... even tho I played a lot of Kha last season.
I read somewhere that the reward is not enabled in ranked play... but now I see that was obviously wrong.
Khazix and Rengar have a secret mission that occurs once:
- Khazix has used all 3 of his evolution points.
- Rengar has 10 stacks on his necklace.
- All 10 people in the game are alive at at least one point in time (so they can all simultaneously receive the mission).
Once these conditions have been met, you will randomly receive "The Hunt is On!" while the 3rd condition is true.
Basically, if Rengar or Khazix gets a kill or assist on the other the mission is over and they get a reward. Rengar if he wins gets a permant Khazix's Head replacement for his necklace that is the same but with max stacks all the time. Khazix gets a 4th evolution point if he wins.
The same actually works for Ashe, Lissandra, and Sejuani. Only one per team, each has 20 assists + kills, all 10 people alive, "The Battle for Freljord" will trigger. Although in this case, each just gets an ice crown for winning :).
When they were released there was more reward for Rengar because he used to lose stacks, and Kha'Zix's Head would be permanent. But now that he keeps his stacks at all times it only bumps him up to 20 stacks if he doesn't have them yet. For Khazix however, getting a 4th evolution point is cool (although it is 99% of the time just going to his W which is underwhelming)
Small correction for people, Rengar gets increased vision range in bushes for getting Kha's head.
