Azir's Q feels sluggish, now.
Since this patch, I feel like I can't use Azir's Q as quickly as I used to be able to after using W. I can't tell if the patch notes are indicating if this is intentional - I assumed "attacks" meant autoattacks, but did it mean abilities as well?
