Stop enabling garbage players in aram.

I don't get why the enemy Ziggs and Xerath or even Lux are allowed to afk spam spells 24/7 and still be half mana the very least. I can dodge at the very least 80% of their spells and all this for naught because they can afk spamming till eventually they hit something while i'm dodging another important spell.

Aram should have extra mana costs and mana items to be removed it's a pain in the ass and you removed fucking warmogs like wtf? No i do not care if your dmg is your spells you should not be able sit afk anf spamm your entire keyboard with nodrawback just like adcs shouldnt be allowed to do all their dmg on autos. Fucking aids ruins a fun gamemode

Edit: I mean no shit the comm is fucking garbage they need the easy way out. I'd challenge ANY mage main in a game of Dota 2. See that if they wiff more than 2 spells with no income they lost lane
