after 9.3 she has slowly dropped to 45.34% winrate

in my opinion she is the adc with coolest design but she is not good enough early to not get fkd. she gets beaten by adcs that have 0 intresting mechanics and most of them can go IE 1st item and win small fights because their dmg output is just faster.

Kalista was a mistake by Riot who ignored that there was a population who did not enjoy the kite meta (which was being phased out anyway). In other words, it's like Aatrox and the juggernaut meta; she was forced into a game that was moving away from the meta she was meant for. So now? She's either out of control annoying or barely usable.

She shares the same problem with Azir, they won't do any extensive work on either of them until they possibly decide a full kit rework because apparently balancing them seems to be a nightmare for Riot.
