So I updated the game and queued up. I joined the game and I was at around 30 FPS. Normally my computer goes way higher then that. I was curious at to what might be causing this? All the settings are pretty much the same, only slight things like shadows were adjusted.
Any ideas?

Should have got the 770 mine works fine.....really though i'd make sure that you don't have it capped and then set everything to low and see how it performs. Go through the Gforce experience and make sure that the drivers are fully updated and that its working right. After that check if any background programs are running.
I have the exact same video card and there's no problem on my end. Not sure what it could be for you. :(
It could be my computer, but I also have fluctuating FPS issues. The stupid thing is, it's either 60 FPS or it drops to 30 FPS. It's always 30 FPS or more, never less. Mostly happens when some other program like Steam or a taskbar notification pops up.
