Now u can add friends frome different servers=))

After patch all have common ac for all games, in past 1-2 weeks servers got their index... So in client - go to add friends, than write some in-game-nickname than # without spaces and than - which server they have at short #EUN1 #EUW1 #RU1 #TR1 #KR1 all+1 and than send request nickname#EUN1 Cant invite to play this together and see profile, but u can write in chat and see them online......
