Reduce/Free Runes now while Runes rework is coming

So seeing as RIOT has come out and said in an "Ask Riot" that they are planning on reworking the Tune system sometime during 2017 (or Season 7), it is logical to make the Runes free (or a lot cheaper) now. This would encourage players to try out more positions, buy more champions (expecially with RP), and for newer players to not feel like they can only play a certain role because of the very valuable base stats that come along with having proper Runes. I know this last reason is a big one contributing to why the Runes system is being reworked in the first place, however, this change is most likely not in the near future. That is why I propose that RIOT just free up the Runes system allowing us to have them all for free, or at like a reduced price like 10 IP, so that while they are working on a new system, and new champions come out (including the new assassin rework), players can actually try new things. There isn't anything more frustrating when buying a new class of champion, then realizing that you don't have the Runes for him/her and have to then pay upwards of another 6-8k in IP maybe to find out that that champion isn't for you.

Plz RIOT this would be so dope and actually makes a lot of sense. Plus seeing as you can't buy Runes with RP your not losing out on anything.
