thoughts on zoe

from what i've been seeing with zoe she either does too much dmg or have too much cc or yet both (from what i've been reading on boards). with the damage part i think the main problem she has is zilean syndrome. basically a mage with only 1 or 2 damaging abilities that's even including ult. they put her damage into basic abilities which are gated less often than ult but considering her ult is a more predictable leblanc w with nothing attached to it that makes the case even worse so in other words limited sources of damage+ new champ+ somewhat bad ult (unless used well with q)= monster basic abilities with high scaling/base damage
