14 day ban with chat restrict, ridiculous or okay?

So I got banned a few times (literally just got banned 5 min ago...) and some of it was really unnecessary where a party of people would report me because I have done better than them in the game and they didn't like it. What I hate is that, it always happens to me but I can't do anything about it but when i'm back online I get a chat restrict of 30+ games...why?... The banning time is way too long and you SHOULD change it and also remove the chat restrict when you are banned because playing 30+ games without communication with your team is not so easy.

If you don't provide logs, how do you possibly expect people to judge if it were fair or not?

So you've been banned multiple times, blame others for the behavior that led you to get banned, and want us to say that it's unnecessary. You have to get reported a LOT to get a ban. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if the ban needs to be changed it should be longer.

You have to be impressively toxic in game to actually get hit with a ban. Examples being telling people to kill themselves, threatening violence, racial slurs, and other horrific statements.

It's true that it becomes much easier for you to get hit with punishments after you've proven to deserve a single one, you're more likely to get harder and more severe punishments, and since you say you've been banned a few times before, it's starting to sound a lot like you deserve these punishments that you're getting.

I really don't know how you get banned. I get reported verbal a lot because of trolls. I am pretty much on chat restriction forever but never banned. Maybe its because I am not really toxic but calling out bad plays. And you know how it is with low elo's , if you ask them to spot feeding they freak out and tell everyone to report you for being "toxic"

Agree with 2 & 3. Ban times are fine (because you generally have to be a toxic c*nt to get it), but chat restricts on top of it is just unnecessary; do one or the other, whichever is more deserved, but not both.

Well there are Problems with both:

Games: People who can´t or don´t want to play more than an average of 1 Game per day are punished for a damn Month! Compared to people getting rid of their punishment in a week or 3 days it´s kinda riddiculous!

Time: Well here we have the opposing problem: While people with just a few Games per weak are unimpressed by the punishment, guys with 10 Games per day are punisht for hundreds of Games! Wich really is riddiculous!

I guess the Game-Punishment is just the lesser evil. ^^

Well all you negative people commenting on my post, I have read all that I have said in that game when I checked my email and none of them was anything about what you guys have mentioned. I am not "toxic a'f". It is not my fault as some of you said and I haven't said anything cruel or mean, DrtyTrolls that is exactly what I meant so thanks to being the only person to understand. I mainly talked about feeding in my game but nothing with harsh words, simply "why are you feeding?". I have been banned before due to the same problem that is happening now, Riot Game doesn't care what you wrote in the game though, if you get banned then you will have 14 days ban no matter if you were harsh or not. People can go around in party's and report people they don't like with is basically stupidly, horribly, unnecessary, and full of bogus. Thanks for giving your comments though, I appreciate it.
