Shouldn't lose LP if you have an S rating or higher

Hey guys so I don't think this has been posted yet but I've played a couple of ranked games recently and I noticed that teams feed in the lower division. Big surprise right? Well IMO, Riot should take away the loss in LP if you get an S rating or higher after the game. Yes, I know it's a team game and that you should carry your team when they aren't doing bad but at the same time why is it that someone who plays exceptionally well gets punished because their team feeds/trolls/etc. Just my thoughts, what do you guys think?

Take a minute and think about how incredibly abusable this would be.

So, I'm 14/3/9, but our objective control is crap and the rest of my team is feeding. Enemy team is gearing up to push mid and end the game. I can either help defend mid, which may turn the tide since I'm the carry, OR I can bet against my own team and simply split-push top to pad my CS before we lose, maintaining my LP.

I'm 1/2/17 as support, and the game is even and is still relatively early. I know that my current performance is probably at about an A, as far as supports go. I can either keep being a team player and helping my team, OR I can start stealing every kill I possibly can in order to bump my KDA up into the S range for supports, even if we lose.

I'm 15/4/6, and am in fountain. I think I may have an S, but I'm not sure. The rest of my team is dead, but they'll be back alive in about five seconds. The enemy team is tearing down our last Nexus turret and is about to end the game. Do I charge in to buy enough time for my team to defend the base, and probably die in the attempt, or do I wait out the last few seconds of the game and hope to secure my grade?

I disagree.

I've had games where a person was playing in a way that padded their own score over helping the team. Because they weren't decisive in following up on what other players were doing when they were in a position to do so, especially when the actions those other players were taking (Which would not have been taken if said player that received an S hadn't been in position to follow up before deciding not to) would have been good if the "S" player had followed up, and could potentially have prevented the team from falling behind early, so the team was overall negatively impacted by the player with the "best" score, which lead to a loss.

Of course, there are also instances where the player is contributing to the team and holds the game together for a longer period than would be expected, but distinguishing the two isn't really doable.

Any game is carry able. If you get a lead and get to the point where you can earn an S, then its your job to help transition that lead to the rest of the map and help your team.

I've had games in top lane where I'm quite fed but bot lane is losing. I could choose to stay in lane and continue dumpstering my lane or I could look to make a play bot and help out my ADC get to the point where he can actually carry. That's the key.

Hmm I guess you guys are right, I obviously do need to learn how to carry games better/more efficiently. Thanks for taking the times everyone :)
