They just commented recently about the SSG Taliyah skin coming out soon (a few months). Other than that I think they are just saying "fuck you" to Taliyah as she wasn't in their 2018 upcoming skin announcement they did a while back.

I'd like to see Kitty Cat Taliyah. Instead of rocks, she throws hairballs. Her ult could be creating a wall of intersecting scratching posts.
