Anyone else learn champs in ranked?

So you have never played a champ before, so obviously you go strait into ranked with them. I havent played a normal game since i hit 30 like 4 years ago, so needless to say im that guy who takes a champ he never played before strait into ranked. Yea i lose a shitload, and learning yasuo right now is a bitch and a half.

Anyone else yolo learning champs in ranked like a boss? Or am i the only one who does dumb shit like this.

I could of been diamond if i stuck with my mains or never trolled, but fuck it i dont get paid to play league.

No I don't. I'm the kind of person who doesn't even think about taking a champion into ranked unless I have him at mastery level 5. You sir, are the cancer of ranked because you are a pain to have to carry.

You seriously play a champ till rank 5 before.ranked? Only takes 2 or 3 games max to learn a champ that doesnt need rediculous mechanics

i do this on my bronze acc but playing a champ for the first time in ranked is basically guaranteeing a loss so i don't know why you do that on an account where you care about your rank

Or...don't screw over your teammates? You may not care about your rank on your bronze account, but your teammates do. Don't be a douche and ruin the game for others

Nope, havent played a norm in years, on either of my accounts. Though i can play a ton of champs on diamond lvl if im really wanting to curbstomp some goldieloxes or platinubs

people don't try in normals so it's not really learning. i can play vayne in normals and go 12-0 but the second i take her into ranked and play against a half decent adc main i'm going to get my ass kicked.

i find it a lot easier to just start off in ranked. that's why i use my bronze acc for practice. then i can see my progress. if i'm able to climb to gold on my worst champ / role then i'm content. makes learning a lot more satisfying.
