How does one play Urgot?

Full armor pen, delete squishys. I build him like this

Max Q, E then W. Never try to get into auto range and just poke from far away.

Urgot is an AD Caster that almost avoids auto attacking. Don't get AS or Crit on him, even when you play bot.

He wants a large mana pool, so start on a Tear asap, then rush Black Cleaver. BC is core because it got all the stats Urgot wants and it meshes perfectly with corrosive charge. Level Q first and you got a deceptively high amount of long range damage when you hit an E.

Next you probably want a Death Dance (other lifesteal doesn't work) and finish your Manamune. An active Muramana really drains you, but it also makes your EQQQ combo even more deadly.

Now if you are behind, get whatever defense seems apropriate, but when you have a good game I'd go for Iceborn Gauntlet or Maw of Malmortius, then the other. For Boots probably swiftness as Urgot is quite immobile.

How do you play and build ? (TOP, ADC)

One plays Urgot on Dominion, typically bottom (solo) lane.

He's quite strong there.

He's a physical caster that's more utility than anything; he can cripple physical carries merely by hitting them, shred tanks from range, and stop single champion combos outright. But his weird ratios and low stats make him a risky choice to play as the team's carry, and he's not durable enough to be run as a tank; nor does he have reliable enough cc to be run as support. Honestly I find him most enjoyable to be played in aram where this flexibility shines without aggravating your own team.

Dunno if you guys are still here, but is Urgot top like Rumble top where I have to play safe till level 4?

here is the proper way to do it. its more of a standard adc build that typical varus or most adcs will use. essence reaver runaans beserker greaves rapid fire cannon tri force and ie. is the more efficeint way to do it you wont have mana problems and you naturally gain armor pent
