I come back to the game almost unconsciously

My plan was to quit playing the game,as I don't enjoy it anymore ( and I mean that ),but somehow I still find myself Q-ing up again and play.I do other stuff in my free time,but I can't keep myself busy 100% of the time,so I just start the client,Q up and play.And after I finish I feel bad for myself,no matter if I had a good or bad game.It's an addiction probably,but I didn't imagine it will be that hard to quit.Any advice?
