Black cleave Vs Last whisper

last whisper.

black cleaver is good on certain champs who apply physical damage in small, and fast damage ticks, and/or on a lot of champions at the same time.

it works on garen, pantheon, wukong, fortune, sivir and ashe for example. in the case of the ad carries on thta list, cleaver is usually stacked with last whisper in case there are a lot of armor heavy tanks on the opposing team. otherwise last whisper has priority.

for personal gain LW is always the superior choice. BC is a supportive item that truly shines in AD-heavy comps, comperable to Zeke´s.
