Why hasn't Riot implemented this yet?
You know how in FPS games, you press a hotkey like x or v, it opens up a list of sentences on the side like this
- taking fire
- I need backup
- enemy spotted
- Cover me!
- Follow me
Well I think the same can be true for LoL, and if you can even edit these sentences yourself, it would be even better. Recently I find myself typing the same sentences over and over, such as "group for baron" or "don't fight we're outnumbered" or "ward drag/baron pls" etc I think it'd be really convenient and even helpful. Have you ever died while you're typing something? Well now you can just press like x-2 or v-5 and communicate with your teammates more efficiently. LoL is all about communication. TBH this is another topic but I think voice chat will be really helpful as well. what's wrong with just muting someone if they're being toxic or annoying? I see more merits in this than downsides.
Anyways this idea just popped up and I thought I'd share :) upvote if you want Riot to actually sees this!
