Can the riot balance team listen to their community. (at least the high elo streamers?)

Like so many people are starting to get really annoyed that they keep buffing champs that need nerfs (Zoe, vayne, kha) and many more. Like its a bit stupid that they just have their community on mute. Like ree, im tired of facing zoe because i have to perma ban Karthus since he doesnt get nerfed even thou literally everyone thinks hes unfair and toxic to the game. So it leaves zoe open since no one in low elo nerf actual good champs. Its not like she really takes much skill either to do well on her. Like cmon please, im addicted to the game so its hard to not complain in chat or start yelling in my house like a fucking psychopath all because champs that need attention DO NOT get the attention.

I have said it once, gonna say it again, the vast majority of the players in this game are low elo and would NOT like the streamer's high elo balance ideas, or should we listen to Hashinshin who thinks Jax still needs buffs, or how about LL Stylish, you want a buffed Zed, be honest, or IreliaCarriesU and TFBlade wanting Irelia buffs, is this what you want?

"people want buffs for their mains" WOW REALLY? Meanwhile Jax is, and has been for months, an absolute terror in every lane and just got stronger and is about to get EVEN STRONGER with Shojin and the new Conqueror.

Riot subtly (with a hammer) hinted theyre gutting Zed's kit soon. Irelia does need actual buffs are you crazy? She and Akali got deleted hard. Although Irelia's better now as of 9.3, probably still needs buffs. But again, Irelia was never the problem. Conqueror is, and she's going to abuse the new one even harder.

That said, high elo players know the game better than Riot does because they actually play it and look at what works and what doesn't. People have been whining about Karthus for a while now and Riot's done nothing but make the situation worse all so they can keep the attention of preteens with DUDE EBIN DARK HARVEST ONE SHOT MONTAGE

All I'm saying is do people want buffed Zed, Akali, Irelia, etc, do you think the majority wants that?
