the game is broken

I was playing akali mid vs lucian I had armour runes and enemy lucian had no mr runes with 1 hit he was doing like 100 health dmg to me but when I hit him I was doing like 30 dmg to him with my Q with akali Q + E combo I was doing no dmg but with his Q he was doing 100 dmg WTF riot please fix your game I lost ranked game coz your game is broken or are runes not working anymore ? can anyone explain this to me ? how did retarded lucian do soo much dmg to me ?or is he cheating somehow? cana nyone explain what is going on here?
