Help with Fizz

Runes : vs ap = hp mr hybrid pen ap, vs ad = armor ap hybrid pen

Masteries 12/18/0 taking thunderlords and the 5% cdr mastery

Build : start corrupting potion, rush a few rings then if against ad get hourglass, if against ap get abyssal if hard lane, if easy lane rush nomicon, DONT RUSH LICH BANE OR SHEEN.

Core items : Hourglass, Lich bane and abyssal OR nomicon (dont build both), so your build first 3 items is going to look like this : nomicon hourglass lichbane or abyssal hourglass lichbane, then deathcap/void late game to make ur damage scale up.

I dont think i need to be a fizz main to tell you its just CDR and AP..
