Why does that blonde chick can have a freaking blink that can be used when hes stuned rooted snared etc. and why not to take it away becouse its enought bs that it can do that but for some reason his Q reduces its cd T_T so eather take it away or make every dash/jump/bllink in game to be able to do that not just one
Veilix2 votesIt's because the animation ( like, .2 seconds) for the skill is longer than the cast time which is instant. So when in fact you are casting "insert CC here" at him, he is using his E before it gets to him. If CC lands and the E still goes through, you hit him in those previously stated, .2 seconds.
That being said, the same goes for Tristana's Rocket Jump, or Kass ult, or Shen's taunting dash
