Is Brittle Ornn exclusive?

Is the Brittle cc only going to be on Ornn or will we be seeing it on other champions in the future?

We'll see how it goes and then potentially put it in one or two more places eventually. It's not something we want to be too widespread, doesn't need to be Ornn exclusive though. Similar approach to how Grounding's gone, starting on Cass, but now on Singed as well.

As brittle was translate to weak in my game (dunno if it fit or not) only bulky champ should have it imo, maybe something for voli/malph but I don't see the effect fit on other existing champ who need deeper kit

What's your thought on Blinds then? Is it going to stay Teemo-exclusive by this point? Or are there plans to change Teemo from Blind to Nearsight?

I doubt they'll give it to anyone else, just a hunch. To be honest the whole Brittle mechanic seems very contrary to Riot and their whole anti-tenacity thing in recent years.

im not rreally a big fan of it. (or grounded for that matter), i mean damage is already through the roof it not like we need "more CC" to bring down targets.
