Shaco Invisibility Glitched?

So I have been playing a lot of Shaco lately and i have come to realize that if an auto attack is even slightly started your q's invisibility will ware off instantly even if the attack does not go threw ( canceled or if you lose sight through bush or other means). I have found turning off Auto Attacks has helped stop the unwanted attacks, but i'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on whether or not a canceled auto attack should consume his invisibility or only if the attack goes off? What do you guys think???
