PLEASE make it so you can't get matched with/against the same players two games in a row!

Just had two games in a row against the same duo (with a smurf Kha) that completely carried the other team. I don't see how it is fair to either team of players when people get matched with or against the same players across two games. I know that there is a massive player base to this game, so is it really too much to ask to implement a method to avoid getting matched with the same people your next game? Maybe you can't match with/against the same people for 10 minutes or something along those lines? Thoughts?
